Could Persistent Toe Joint Swelling Indicate A Kidney Issue?

there is swelling in my foot toe joint, my uric acid report 2 month ago showed 6.9 value. i avoid all foods bad for uric acid but sill i feel pain with intervals and the swelling is not reducing from toe joint. During ramzan i feel it is getting more swelling. kindly guid me is there any problem in kidneys or any other reason. kindly suggest me tests if any. thanks
