Could Piercing, Burning Sensation In Lower Left Abdomen Be Due To Gastritis?

I started having sharp, piercing burning sensations at my lower left abdomen, right after eating a dinner of Salmon, and sautéed veggies and a dessert of chia seeds and coconut milk. I feel as though it is dissipating but still there and it is pinpointed in one spot. I was thinking it could be an episode of gastritis, but I ve had that before many years ago and the pain is more radiated and ever present than spasms like this. I don t have a fever or nausea. Just this burning in one spot.

Hi
No, gastritis doesn't present like this, but diverticulitis can so you need to be examined and have a ct scan of your abdomen done
