Could Pimples On Face Be Due To Constant Sweating?
I play college basketball and started practicing about two weeks ago and now my face broke out. I drink a large gatorade everyday can that have an affect on my skin along with constantly sweating? And what is the correct way to whipe your face of sweating without causing pimples?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples on the face which could be due to hormonal changes, constant sweating and due to clogging of skin pores with bacteria, dead skin and sebum. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress. Wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. You should wash your face 3-4 times a day. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing face twice a day. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Doctor may prescribe you antibiotics, hormone therapy and chemical peeling. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
