Could Pimples On Penis Shaft Be Genital Herpes?

Hello
Im a 22yr male, 175cm, 80kgs.
I have been having symptoms of what i think are genital herpes. There are 2 pimples(??!?!) near my genital area, and 1 on the penis shaft(Not together). Mostly red, but with a white centre. It itches a little, but no discharge or pain yet. Does herpes have the same symptoms,?!
Ive had protected sex many times in the past 6 months, but cant comment on the credibility of my partners. please someone share your knowledge, and advise if i should have a test done.

thank you for query.these may be due to STD,bacterial viral fungal etc.please consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
