No, it never harms your baby nor does it causes early labour. Pin worm are usually infests a child it usually not seen in adults. So, in my advice you should visit to the doctors and shoe them the worm which is isolated from the poo. Pin worm not harms you and baby but other organisms may harm you. So once diagnosed you can manage the worms with appropriate anti helminthic drugs. I advice you should take the Albendazole tablet which is anti helminthic and can kill all the worms. Please take above medicine under your doctors guidance. You should also maintain good hygiene as it is equally important as taking treatment. Half of your problem can be treated with hygiene only.
