Could Pinkish-red Urine Two Days After My Second Pfizer COVID-19 Dose And Taking Tylenol Indicate A Serious Issue?

I had my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine dose (Pfizer) on Wednesday (nearly 2 days ago) and had side effects including fever (100.1), headache, tachycardia, chills, and slight stomach ache. I took 2 Tylenol pills at 7:30 AM and then again at around 2:15 PM on Thursday (the day after). Now, early morning on Friday, I had pinkish/red urine. Should I be concerned?
