Could Post-jaundice Gas, Bloating, And Right-sided Abdominal Pain Under The Ribs Indicate A Lingering Liver Or Digestive Issue?

Hi,I had severe jaundice last year ...My last billirubibe level was 32..But then I got recovered but After I recovered from Jaundice severe gas problem has started.Everytime I eat anything Bloating starts and pain starts in the right side of my stomach and Under the ribs I feel pain also..What should I do?
