Could Pregnancy Be There Even After Having Vaginal Bleeding?

i found out i was pregnant 3 weeks ago but 2 days later i was bleeding abit i thought i was round aboot 4-5 weeks i went to the doctors and they took my hcg and because it was only 15 they said i had lost the baby but i was only 1-2 weeks could i still be pregnant because i only bleed for 2 days and had no pain
