Could Premature Ejaculation Be Due To Excessive Masturbation?

I am 26 years old. I have a habit of masturbating for last 12 years resulted premature ejaculation. I am a married guy and whenever I penetrate it fails in first penetration. i appreciate your concern.
yes frequent masturbation is a cause of premature ejaculation.
i shall advise you to practise jelqing technique to increase the duration for orgasm and also you can take tab viagra 30 min before each sexual act.
