Could Pressure Around Ears Be The Cause For Body Imbalance?

Hi im sufferring from sudden onset of imbalance from past 3 days....doc has prescribed vertin tab....and when i stand up from sitting position i feel full pressure around ears and head.....can feel as if blood is rushing towards head and my bp is normal please suggest......

I have gone through your query; you just go for vestibular battery test with pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry for better diagnosis and to rule out other disease.
