Could Pressure In Chest Be Due Premature Ventricular Contractions?

Dx with PVC's, HTN, High protein A, high cholesterol levels. Started atenolol, crestor, for 4 weeks. Due for stress test in 2 weeks. Chest pressure/pain increasing. BP 130/80, 140/90's. 50 years old, 5'3", 112lbs. Feel like something else maybe going on. Thoughts?
