I have had prizms in my glasses for about 4 months. Lately, while sitting and working with my eyes I have had little dizzy spells. Could the prizms be getting to strong. They where put in to to help the muscles in my eyes that where not working together. Thanks, Gail
Hello Prisms are used in ophthalmology for correction of diplopia. If not properly prescribed they are known to cause dizziness as a result of problems in alignment and fusion problems in the eye.
Hence if you are having dizziness after using prisms you need to consult your eye doctor for re examination and prescription of prisms.
Thank you
