Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
CHi, I did review your concern. Dizzy spells and headache can be due to multiple lesions affecting your cerebellum and vestibular system. It could be something in your inner ear, nerves or cerebellum. I would recommend you to consult a neurologist and get a CT/MRI done and few other vertigo tests to diagnose the condition and start appropriate treatment soon.
Clot in jugular vein can cause if it has increased in size and blocks blood flow out of brain. An MRI and a CT angiography can evaluate your condition better.
I Hope this helps
Wish you best of health.
