Could Rectal Bleeding With White Discharge And Abdominal Prickling Be Due To A Small Intestine Issue?

Hi, I have been bleeding from my rectum for a little more than a month. The first 4 weeks, there was a white discharge and blood in my stools. Now, very little white discharge but still some blood. The blood is usually bright red. And U have a prickly poking feeling on the left and right side of my bellybutton. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in a week but do you think the issue could be in my small intestine? What do you think it could be? Thank you.
