Could Recurring UTI S Along With Blood In Urine Be Due To Bladder Cancer?

All of my adult life, I have been diligent with yearly checkups and pap tests. In the last 4 years, since my hysterectomy due to cancer of the cervix, I have had many UTI s. Since a young woman, I have always had a trace of blood in my urine. My gynecologist was never concerned. My last UTI was in February and again there was a trace of blood in the urine. With the last several UTI s, my urine was not only cloudy but also had an odor. I have been concerned with the possibility of bladder cancer. Should I be concerned?
