Could Recurring Lower Back Nerve Pain And Testing Negative For HSV-2 Four Months After Exposure Be Related?

I am a 28 year old female who slept with HSV2 positive male 4 months ago. I took the IGG blood test after 4 months and results are negative. My only symptom is nerve pain in the lower back, its mild but its lasting for 2 weeks at a time. Do you think its related? what should I do
