Could Recurring Pain In Upper Abdomen Indicate H Pylori Infection?
Hi I had suffers from upper abdomen pain few years back, and now it has started again. I mostly get this pain middle of the night. in 2012, after few consultation and medication, Dr advised for an Endoscopy which detected H Pylori infection. Took the medication, though it did not cure immediately, but after stopping medication it went off. Now similar problem, can it be H Pylori again? right now just takin PAN 20 twice and some doc gave Vizylac capsule to be taken. Can i also take B12 as level was low. Please suggest.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, Ideally H pylori need to be treated up to six weeks with proper dose and timing if this is not being done then it may strike again, following is the right dose, molecules , and timing 1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg once in day for six weeks at evening time, hope this information helps, take care.
