Could Red Blotches On Face Be Due To Fungal Infection?

started out with what I thought was vaginal yeast infection also put in anus like intestinal started around the beginning of March I spread to my face with small red blotches it and burn maybe fungal some type of candy does or yeast infection doctors don t know how to treat it or what caused it can you please help me

Red patches on face are less likely from fungal infection. Need to examine lesions and appropriate treatment.
