Could Red, Itchy Blotches On Body Be Long Term Effct From Sting Of Jellyfish?

About a month ago my niece was stung by a jellyfish while on vacation with us. She experienced the usual reactions one expects from a sting. However, about a week ago she started breaking out with red, itchy, blotches on her face, abdomen, back, neck, legs, arms, pretty much anywhere you can think of. She doesn't have them all the time. They come and go. Antihistamines help relieve or control the itching. Is she experiencing some long term effect from the sting?

She seems to be having urticarial- a type of allergic reaction. Is she known to have allergies. May be she is allergic which got precipitated by the jelly fish sting. She can be given montait lc kid for 4 to 6 weeks. Also remember to deworm her.
