Could Red Mark In Right Eye Be The Side Effect Of Microcid-SR / Celadrin And Rantac?

Hello Dr. I had severe joint pains and knee pain so I consulted with Hosmat orthopedic surgeon and he suggested Microcid-SR / Celadrin and rantac. After taking those tablets the very next day morning I could notice a red mark arount 7mm dia in my right eye - pls suggest me what went wrong.
