Could Resolving Effusion Mean Cured Effusion In Knee Joint?

Hi, I got injured in right knee one month back. In the scan report, it was mentioned that "Minimal effusion in right knee joint". I was under treatment for the past one month and when i saw scan today,it is mentioned "Resolving Effusion".. Are they telling it s cured?
