Could Rise In Blood Pressure Be The Symptom Of Transient Ischemic Attack?
I am 69, on HCTZ and lisinopril. my blood pressure spiked to 154/134 in the middle of the night, after taking baby asprin it became normal again. it has been normal all day 120/94 and just checked again, 135/99. Is this the precursor to a TIA? Strokes run in my family.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, this is may not cause TIA, at least this can be assumed else if it is going to happen then no one can stop this, because TIA is not directly related with hypertension, this could happen in normotensive person and may not happens in sever hypertension some time, no need to think about this, hope this information helps, take care.
