Could Second Dosage Of Antibiotic Immediately After The First Be A Matter Of Concern?

I am 1 day post surgery and supposed to take 1 duracef anti biotic 12 hours apart. I accidentally took it 3 hours after my first one this morning, thinking it was my pain pill. What should I do -- take it tonight as usual, or not take another one until tomorrow morning? thank you

Read and understood your problem.
Do not worry too much .
You have taken the another dose of Duracef 1 gram immediately after the first one inadvertently. This will not cause any problems as the dosage duration although at 12 hours interval, the action is for 24 hours.
Hence do not take the second dose after 12 hours. Take the next dose after 24 hours.
