Could Severe Abdominal And Back Pain And Heavy And Dark Periods Indicate Tubal Pregnancy For A Person Whose Tubes Are Tied?
My cycle was almost 2 weeks late. I had three weeks of nausea and breast tenderness prior to the cycle starting. That is unusual for me. The day before my cycle started I had extreme pain in my left shoulder and underarm. Although it isn't as strong of a pain as it was the prior day, the pain remained on the day my cycle started. The day I started I had horrible lower back and abdominal pain on my left side and my cycle is extremely dark and heavy. Have also felt weak and lightheaded. Took a HPT literally right before I startedbleeding and said negative. Have my tubes tied. Could I have a tubal pregnancy?
Your symptoms are indicating some leak or perforation like things. You can have pregnancy after tubal blockade as failure of this procedure do occur and the likelihood of pregnancy after tubal ligation is more of ectopic. Although your pregnancy test is negative, you should consult your Dr. immediately and get a scan done. Thanks.
