Could Severe Cold And Pain In Joints Indicate Recurring HPV?
Can human patio virus come back? I had it originally about 17 years ago but have recently had a really bad cold that keeps coming back and left me feeling really run down. About 3 weeks ago my joints became really painful and although it is now much better,it still isn t properly bettet
You are never really cleared of HPV virus, as it is a virus which lies dormant in your body for the rest of your life. Once infected, you are infected - even though you may not show any signs of infections. In short: No, the cold and joint pain is not indicative of recurring (or chronic) HPV.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Maria Riechel-Sarup, General & Family Physician
