Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
It seems unlikely that the typhoid fever episode 7 years ago is responsible for your current hair loss. Usually , hair fall after an illness occurred 3-6 months after the illness. Have you had any surgeries/ illnesses in the last 6 months? Did you go on any crash dieting ? These could contribute to your hair loss . It could also be heriditary type of hair loss. Treatment depends on the assessment of the type of hair loss. You could benefit from oral biotin supplements and topical 5% minoxidil solution applied twice a day.
Take care.
