Could Severe Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Cancer In Pancreas?

hi doctor , please , i`d like to ask about my mother , from 2 months exactly , discoverd a sugery , then the doctor give her medecin for the sugery, after took the medecin , not feel good exactly after 2 weeks with the medecin , then after another 2 weeks , feel big paining in her stamuc ( left - right - up ) the doctor ask her to make x-ray , then , after CT scan , the doctor told her she have a cancer in pencreas , and may reah to liver , but , the Liver Function paper is good as the dotor check and told , please doctor , tell me the right case for mother , i have now the CT scan , and the report , if you need to read it i can send it throw few sec.
