Could Severe Pain In Collar Bone Be Due To Fracture?

I was in car crash and t-boned car bout 20 or 30mph. My collarbone hurts if I pull it back certain way pretty bad, but otherwise not too bad. It has been 2 days now and pain still bad in that one position. I don't feel its broken, but what bout fracture?
