Could Severe Pain In Ear Be A Sign Of Ear Infection?

Possible ear infection

Hi, im a 27year old male. Im 6'1" and I weigh 240 lbs. I woke up the other morning with severe pain in my left ear. Sounded almost like something popped in my ear. After that, fluids started to pour of my ear. What are some things you would suggest I do to help me with the pain and how can I get rid of the fluids.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having fungal infection in your ear with super added bacterial infection.
Clean the ear with q-tip gently and put antibiotic ear drops.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Avoid going water into ears while taking shower.
Ok and take care.
