Could Severe Pain In Hand Radiating Upto Neck Be Due To Use Of Computer?

HI, I have severe pain across my right hand, I think it is because of working tooo much.
I am ateacher and lots of correction and using computer for thje whole day may be trigggering this pain.
My hand pains right upto the neck, kindly suggest me what do I do?
