Could Severe Pain In Left Jaw And Cheek With Stuffy Nose After A Fall Be Brain Injury?

6 days ago I fell and bounced my right forhead off the ceramic floor. There was a huge bump which we treated with ice packs. I was woken by my son every hour during the night, but everything seemed ok. Gradually over the past several days I have developed severe pain in my left jaw, cheek, etc - whole left side of my face is hurting. No dizziness, vision disturbances, fainting or other symptoms, but I am wondering if it might be a result of the head injury. It really feels like a sinus infection and my left nasal pássage is stuffy. Should I be worried about possible brain injury from the fall? YYYY@YYYY

It can not give rise to sinus infection. corectly you have given icepack. can take analgesic anti inflamatory like combiflam twice daily after food, and wait for few days. slowly you will be normal. no further investigation or treatment is requered.
