i have severe pain in my shoulder ,went to emergency and is daignosed after x-ray as calcium tentonitis in shoulder.i have had bad whiplash followed by concussion in 2012.i had bad pain for about a year in this shoulder.today i woke up with unbearable pain .can you explain and tell me the cure....
