Could Severe Pain In The Front Right Side Of My Left Leg, With Existing Neuropathy And Venous Stasis, Mean I Need Urgent Care Despite Taking Gabapentin?

Hi Doctor/ Medical Health Provider, I am experiencing tremendous pain on my left leg the front right side. Currently, I have Neuropathy normally in the calf of my leg from a wound that I have that has aggravated my Venous Status condition. What does this sound like I have? Should I go to my nearest hospital? Currently, Ism taking the prescription Med Gabepentin ? Please advise what I should do????? Desperately in Pain
