Could Sharp Leg Pain And Random Body Burns Be Symptoms Of Blood Clots, Anxiety, Or A Reaction To A Self-tanner?

Hi, I have serious anxiety which can lead to physical symptoms. I have been getting pains in the back of my leg on the left side and down my calf that are sharp pains and I’m freaked out that it’s blood clots. I also use self tanner, and me and my mom have wondered if that was causing the pains. I will get random burns in part of my body and the small pains. I had one in my right hand about 30 minutes ago, and a tiny one in my right foot on the bottom. How would I know if I was having blood clots? I had Covid in January and this happened to me, but then I went away.
