Could Sharp Pain, Swelling, And Worsening Discomfort After A Fall On My Right Ribcage Be A Rib Fracture Or Just A Bruise?

Hi, Thursday night I fell off bike hitting my ribcage off the end of the handle bar, on the right side, I have sharp pain when I am breathing, talking & leaning over, the pain has never eased feels like it s getting sorer. Am also swelling around my ribcage. I didn t go to hospital in Thursday but I am really feeling pain & discomfort. Please can you help me, is my symptoms due to my ribcage being fractured or bruised?. Thank you.
