Could Shooting Pain In Stomach, Feeling Of Vomiting, Low Appetite Indicate Pregnancy?

I have stomach pain like shooting sorta pain but if sit just right im fine also feel luke i needa puke but dont and im just pee pooping not litetally pooping havent had anything to eat cuz i dont have an appitite., hopefully im not pregnant but if so totally fine

Hello your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your last menustrual period date, about your menustral cycles. Well becomes if your periods are always regular and if you are in your ovulation period and sexually active and haven't used any contraceptive mode, then you are likely to become pregnant.i would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test at home, so as to rule out pregnancy.
