Could Sickness, Cramping, Headaches And Frequent Urination Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

i went to doctor a few weeks ago and he gave me some pills to start my cycle back because i havent gotten one back because of the depo shot, which i was on for 1 year and got off 9 months ago, and he also gave me birth control pills, and he told me i should get my period back sunday, then i should start my birth control pills. so i took the pills that were suppose to start my period back , i stopped taking them on the 3rd day because i was feeling sick and had a bad headache, then the next morning i woke up feeling really sick and had cramps like a period but no period. i remebered that me and my fiance had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago though, and i havent gotten a period back yet, and i been having to use the restroom alot.. could i be pregnant or what ?

1.First of all do not panic.

2. I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine for pregnancy.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test will be of help.

If beta HCG test values are below 5, you are not pregnant. Beta HCG values above 25 confirms pregnancy.

3.If any of the tests indicates pregnancy then your symptoms can be related to pregnancy.

4. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks under medical supervision.
