Could Sinusitis Effect Visa Medical Test Report?

I am suffering from Sinusitis from 4-5 years now. Its not worse but my nose is always blocked. i have to get to Visa Medical Test (urine, blood and x-ray tests) in few days. How come sinusitis effect the test report. Will they be able to detect? Is it a big issue in visa reports?

Please dont worry , it is not a big issue and will not affect your reports , although traveling by air may cause your sinusitis to worsen. Please meet an ent doctor for examination and advice. thanks
