Could Sleep Aid Pill Cause Dizziness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I woke an hour and a half ago and am still dizzy. I took 1/3 of a sleep-aid pill called sleep-aid so a third of 50mg last night. Rarely take one..1/3 maybe once every 3 months. I am dizzy and have tiny speck pupils...looked in the mirror. No other symptoms .
