Could Slight Chest Enlargement Be The Cause Of Chest Pain?

10 years of left side chest pain, front and back . Now I feel very uncomfortable in my left leg and arm. Two EKG result was slight chest enlargement and not the cause of pain and discomfort. What is the cause please? Is it related to my alchohol consumption?
