Hello,

Pain at the tip of the penis is commonly because of friction or irritation from aggressive oral contact, UTI, or an allergic reaction to saliva, latex, or lubricants (if any used). However, there is a possibility of STIs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, etc. Get clinically examined by a urologist and get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia and get urine or swab test done.

For herpes, HIV, etc. (blood or swab, if sores appear). Get tested for peace of mind. Many STIs from oral sex are curable, especially if caught early. However, avoid taking antibiotics randomly, as it can mask symptoms without curing the infection. Get evaluated, if needed you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals.
