Could Small, Hard, White Spot On Vagina With Strong Odored Discharge After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate STD?

Hello, i have noticed a small hard white spot on the gooch part of my vagina. It doesnt hurt but it seems to have grown and it is now more white. I am also getting alot of discharge and strong odurs, but i am
not sure if this is related. Im worried that this could be a STD as i have had unprottected sex. Can you please help

Yes, these can be features of STD but there is nothing much to worry about this condition. Start doxycycline antibiotics course, with metronidazole, topical ointment will be required.
