Could Smoking Cause Uneasiness With Lack Of Energy?

Hi Doc,

I am 28 yrs, Female and mother of 3 kids. Height about 5.5" and weighing about 78 kgs. :s
Since last few days I'm feeling lazy, sleepy and even feel wobly inside not exactly wanna puke or something but just inside around the esophagus feels like. I tried doing pregnancy test, is was negative. Now the 2nd thing that cam in my mind is that i have been smoking heavily last few days and different brand of cigarettes and evn did Sheesha. Could that be reason for such type of feeling? Please advice. Thanks.

TTTY :)

If short of breath YEs, the cigarettes are Definitely contributing. OTherwise it is merely a maybe. Most people report a bit MORE energy with smoking. And.... there are many other reasons for fatigue. One of the most likely with 3 children is simple exhaustion/depression and the cigarette boost in energy when exhausted mostly has the paradoxical effect of making someone MORE exhausted.
and, there's a lot of important medical causes that can do that too:
anemia, thyroid, infections like urinary infection, and many others
would have to advise a very small visit to primary care physician to check it out.
