Hello,

While cannabis (weed) is not always the actual cause. I can contribute in worsening some of these symptoms. Left arm pain, chest pain, and high BP are serious symptoms while left arm pain can be referred pain from the heart. It is a classic symptom of cardiac ischemia (lack of blood flow to the heart).

Cannabis can temporarily raise blood pressure and cause spikes in some people, and its chronic use may worsen hypertension. You are advised to gradually quit smoking weed; you can take the help of detox centers so that withdrawal symptoms can be managed.

If you have a sensitivity to THC, you may be more prone to panic-induced chest pain and elevated BP. Get clinically examined by a cardiologist at the earliest. Get a cardiovascular workup like an ECG, blood tests, and imaging tests done if required for appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
