Could Something Other Than Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Causing Severe Joint Pain, Finger Swelling, And Severely Elevated RA Levels?

I have severe pain in the joints of my hands and fingers (primarily) but also in my hips, knees and feet. I also have swelling and some disfigurement in my fingers, which also pop out of joint if I close my hand tightly. I had a blood test and my RA count was 341 and it says the normal range is <15. Is there any condition other than Rheumatoid Arthritis that will cause this condition?
