Could Sore And Inflamed Shin Be Due To Stress Fracture?

I walk a fair amount for my exercise --about 4 miles a day after work ---for about a week I have had sore shins--mildly inflamed on front of shins---very sore when I walk after about 10 minutes---people have told me it s shin splints---I m worried its possibly a stress fracture? thank you

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the things as you are thinking but this could be due to deposition lactic acid chances of this would be enough, drink more water, soda water would be fine, condition is completely reversible and this is nothing to worry, have some rest, hope this information helps, take care.
