Could Sore Breasts With Fluttering Stomach While Having Irregular Periods Mean Pregnancy?

Hi I was just curious, I ve taken several pregnancy tests since the last time I had sex about June time all but one came back negative the one that didn t I thought it might of been an invalid test because the line was wonky!! My periods are extremely irregular so I can t go off of them I can go 6 months to a year without one! Well anyway I was just wondering is it possible that I could actually be pregnant? I ve had sore itchy boobs and also recently I ve felt what feels like little kicks to what feels like a baby turning in my lower abdomen, I ve already had one child so I know that it feels like that!! Anyway your help would be appreciated
