Could Sore Throat And Red Bumps Underneath Tongue Be Related?

The back of my tongue has like yellow and red bumps on it, some of the red ones are raised but most are just circles of discoloration. I have a sore throat which actually appears kind of white-ish and other cold-like symptoms (runny nose, slight cough, aches, ect). please help, I m kind of freaked out!

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have provided here.
The symptoms of sore throat, red bumps on the throat are related to each other.
The symptoms of runny nose, cough... indicate upper respiratory tract infection. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and decongestant drugs.
Do consult your doctor for examination and prescription of drugs.
Do write back to me for further questions and I will be happy to answer.

Thank you for writing to us on Health care magic.
