Could Sore Throat, Muscle Ache And Nausea Be Due To Sun Poisoning?
my boyfriend is 57 and works outside in sun.. Saturday he got sunburn and had a soar throat and was caughing up alot of flem.. Sunday he had lower left back pain..chills..muscle aches and nausea.. Sunday he stayed in bed all day and night.. Today he still has lots of flem and feels weak. he said his urine is dark but he has not had anything to eat and not much to drink. could this be sun poising?

Sun poisoning is actually dehydration due to excessive heat.
He might have lost lot of water which may lead to tiredness and muscle ache, however sore throat and black urine might not be related to this.
Please meet a doctor and get him investigated.
