Could Soreness In Arm Be Due To The Lump?

I was shooting and morphine pill and I missed. I have a lump on my arm and the redness has spread a little. I use that same spot for months now and it got harder and harder to get it. And then I missed. My whole arm is sore. And I'm extremely scared. If I got to the hospital will they tell the cops or dss about it. This happened two days ago and I started taking amoxicillin yesterday. What should I do? Please help

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The soreness and lumpy feeling in the hand with spread seems like vascular pathology at first place.
2.The next possible cause could be localised skin inflammation with features of cellulitis.
3.In any case i would recommend to get examined and request for an ultrasound scan.
4.that will help to assess the nature of the lump, its sours and extensions.
5.In case of collection, subcutaneous oedema can be identified on scan. And vascular doppler will help in assessing the vascular pathology. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
